Yes, you may choose which city you want leads from. However depending on your cities population, we may pull leads from surrounding areas.
Are these leads Guarenteed to close?
We cannot guarantee if your leads will result in getting a listing or closing with a buyer because every real estate agents approach to handling a lead is different. Our First Class Agents close an average of 1-2% of their leads.
